At Cosmetic & Laser Dental Spa, we’re redefining the dental experience!. Position Overview:

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, modern environment and is excited to be part of a team focused on both clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience.

What You’ll Do:

Assist the doctor during a variety of procedures, including cosmetic and laser treatments.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
Support the front office when needed to ensure smooth patient flow.

What We’re Looking For:

Dental assisting experience preferred (cosmetic experience is a plus).
X-ray certification (required per Virginia regulations).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to grow and learn new technologies.
