Job Overview:

Duties:

Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and assist with appointment scheduling using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear information and directing calls efficiently.
Assist with verifying insurance benefits, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance claims processing.
Maintain accurate patient records by updating medical histories, treatment notes, and documentation review in PMS.
Support clinic operations by managing appointment schedules, confirming upcoming visits, and coordinating patient intake procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist within a dental clinic.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
Familiarity with practice management systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms.
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
